How does the booking process work?
Once we have received your enquiry via our contact form with the first key data, we will arrange a non-binding digital meeting, which will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
Your event should be as unique as you are, so we try to learn as much as possible about your expectations and wishes. We will then be able to give you a general assessment whether your ideas are compatible within the planned budget.
During the first meeting, we will also be at your disposal to answer any questions you may have.
If both of us agree that the chemistry is right, we will make you an individual offer based on your requirements.
Afterwards, we will arrange a further appointment, either in person at our agency or digitally and discuss the concrete procedure for further planning.
For which budget do you plan weddings?
Basically, the budget is based on various factors such as the number of guests, the location and the time frame of the wedding. We organise weddings with a budget of at least 35.000 EUR, excluding our fee and possible travel expenses. The outfits for bride and groom as well as the rings are also not included here.
How much do you charge for your wedding planning service?
Our fee for full-service wedding planning begins at 7.500 EUR plus the currently applicable VAT. We charge a fixed fee for our services so that you know what you will be charged after receiving your individual quote.
How far in advance to the wedding should we contact you?
As crazy as it may sound to many of you, you are welcome to contact us up to two years before the planned wedding.
You would like to get married spontaneously? Please send us your enquiry anyway. With a bit of luck, we may still have free capacities and can make you an offer.
Do you also plan weddings abroad?
We organise weddings at the most beautiful places in the world and are therefore not limited to a specific area. We regularly visit destinations such as Austria, Ibiza and Mallorca, the Spanish mainland, Italy, Portugal and Croatia. Our first class network extends from Hanover, where we are based, across Germany and its borders.
Are you on site on the day of the wedding?
As part of our full-service wedding planning, we will of course be on site on the day of the wedding. At least two members of our team will be there on the day of the wedding, so that we can always guarantee perfect care for you, your guests and your service providers. Despite having five permanent employees, we only take care of one full-service wedding at the weekend, so you can be absolutely sure that your wedding will still be professionally looked after in the event of illness or similar.
With what service providers do you work?
Based on almost 15 years of experience in the industry, we have been able to build up an excellent network and are happy to offer you our favourite service providers as part of our scouting. We can warmly recommend them to you on the basis of their professionalism, fantastic characters and absolute reliability. It goes without saying, however, that we are always willing to work with other great service providers and expand our network.
Can we hire you to do partial planning, such as location scouting or the Wedding Day Manager?
We can offer you a partial planning service, dependent on, for example, when and where you would like to make use of the service. Booking only the Wedding Day Manager on a weekend in peak season is rather unrealistic, as we naturally give priority to our full-service clients. Please send us your request and we will check whether we can make you an offer.
Can we only book the decoration from you?
Our equipment rental service with high quality items for decoration and furnishing of your event is of course available to you at any time. If you would like us to take over the decoration on site, please send us your request via the contact form. Identical to the partial planning, we have to check the individual key data and can only then decide whether we can provide you with an offer.
Can we only order our stationery from you?
We can offer you two options for the stationery.
Option A: A complete graphic design of the stationery for weddings as well as business events with an individual design concept. We look forward to receiving your enquiry via our contact form.
Option B: Beautiful layouts and products that are individually adapted for you in our online shop.
